Fully Funded Opportunity for Youth-Led Groups in England!

Are you part of a youth-led group in England with big ideas for your community? Want to run your own fund, support local projects, and grow real-world leadership skills?

We are inviting youth-led groups across England to apply for a fully funded YouthBank Go! Package—a hands-on leadership and training programme where you design, manage, and lead your own local fund for youth-led change!

Value: Up to £5,000 per group! (number of funded groups is limited)

WHAT YOU GET:

YouthBank Go! Training Package (worth £2,000)

Full team training (26-session interactive curriculum)

Official YouthBank certification

Annual licence with access to:
• Workshop plans & templates
• Facilitation tools & expert coaching

Up to £3,000 Grant
You run your own funding round:
• Set the priorities
• Launch your call for projects
• Review and select proposals
• Support implementation
• Measure the impact

At the heart of every YouthBank are two powerful forces of change:

1. YOUTHBANKERS (this is YOU!)

You research your community, identify pressing local issues, and create a YouthBank fund to address those issues.
What else you do?

  • Define priorities through local insight

  • Fundraise through events and entrepreneurship

  • Launch open calls for projects

  • Evaluate and fund youth-led solutions

  • Lead the process – with purpose and power!

2. GROUNDBRAKERS (these are other young people from your community)

These are the young people who respond to your open call. They bring creative, grassroots solutions to the problems identified by YouthBankers.
They also:

  • Submit project ideas

  • Design and lead their own initiatives

  • Make visible impact in the community

  • Turn vision into action.

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for youth-led groups who are:

  • Based in England
  • Led by young people aged 16–25
  • Made up of 8–20 passionate team members
  • Ready to commit to a 4–9 month project cycle
  • Passionate about equity, inclusion, and creating local change

You don’t need to be a registered organisation.
 We welcome informal groups, grassroots collectives, student societies, youth councils, campaign teams—any group where young people are truly in the lead.
